Went to sell my property with Thomas James upon first impressions was very impressed with what I saw. After an immediate first viewing I was excited to see what other views would come by however after this we had another viewing and then no viewing for 6 weeks constantly rang TJ to see what the progress was, First of all it was very hard to get them on the phone always voice mail, when getting them on the phone no full information on what's going on, claimed to be doing all they can. Conveniently that same day a viewing cropped up This happened and then was cancelled. Long story short asked for new pics to be taken only 4 were replaced not all, and then along with this sat down with the manager 9 weeks later to ask what was going on, no clear answer or plan to move forward. That same day a viewing came along and the lady offered on the same day very ironic, three days later offer was retracted apparently "another local agent had put them off the sale" why would another agent put somebody off when they too would benefit, from selling her house . After this I immediately called and got rid of Thomas James and I'm glad to do so. They made it a very stressful process
